Fix Secure Connection Failed on Firefox in one step. Re: Browser SSL failure: SECERRORLIBRARYFAILURE Is the system date set correctly? The timestamps from the pacman log seem to indicate that it is correct, though. Click on Tools for firefox, once dropped down, click the blue question mark by Customize on the bottom, click troubleshooting information, then under 'give firefox a tune up' click 'refresh firefox'. This error code above may also be associated with Windows Operating system corrupted file/s.
I have a pc with multiple users on LM 17.2 Cinnamon 64bit.
Today I started Firefox (v49, latest currently available update) and it gave me this SEC_ERROR_LIBRARY_FAILURE message inside its window.I can't browse the internet, receiving always that same message every time I input an url.
I also noticed that the browser has lost its Firefox Sync connection and that when I started FF there was a new tab opened by Firebug as a notification for a new automatically installed update (this is normal, I set this in Firebug), though the browser could not connect to Firebug's update message webpage.
If I log on other users accounts on the same machine FF works normally.
I tried to run Firefox in safe mode entering in terminalBut the problem was still there: SEC_ERROR_LIBRARY_FAILURE

I've been trying to post a message relating to a sorting issue with TB newsgroup m.s.TB that included a screenshot attachment showing the problem, (The problem being a few June 2010 posts amidst the descending sort predominately from Oct 2011). I've had problems using Thunderbird to filter some of my mailing list messages into their own folders. While the typical filters for To:/Cc: or Subject: work just fine for ordinary email, some mailing lists don't include a standard List ID element in their subject and some don't include the mailing list name in the To: or Cc: address. How to transfer messages from Thunderbird to Thunderbird
This should be so easy but I cannot seem to find the answer. I have moved from one computer to another (both WinXP) and want to export/import the Tbird messages from the first computer to Tbird on the second. The solution archive mails on IMAP server by copying mail in a storage other than cyrus and modify the existing mail to keep only a light version. In NGs message contents occasionally not showing when message is clicked
I am running TB 3.1.2, but I noticed this problem since TB 3.0. Occasionally, when viewing NG messages, I will click a message amidst the list of messages and the contents pane pane will remain blank and not show the text of the message. Then if I click some other message and then go back to the original message in the messages pane, the message contents will finally show. Sometimes I have to do this a few times. This happens rarely but it does happen regularly. It is not easily reproducible as I can not determine what causes it to happen. But it has happened sporadically sinc...
